Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, organisations faced the dual challenge of safeguarding employee health on-site while maintaining operational continuity.
- With the pandemic's duration uncertain, the success of our product stood as a testament to its relevance and effectiveness.
- Following the newly issued CDC guidelines meant tackling three main areas, which turned into our major challenges:
- reducing transmission among employees

- maintaining a safe work environment

Alerts
It's designed to promptly notify users when they're within a 2-3 meter range or if an individual is identified as infected.. It also collaborates with the visitor management system. Also, admins can leverage the system to send out essential emergency alerts or announcements.
Contact Tracking
It goes beyond the app by using wearable devices and signals to keep track of who you've been near, even if you don't have your phone with you. This information goes through the devices that are connected to the internet, making sure it traces the contacts accurately.
Employee Privacy
The solution is carefully designed to put privacy first. It only keeps track of interactions that happen within the workplace, and don’t collect any information about where you are or how you move. This is all about respecting the users' privacy and building trust among employees.
